Finally, good quality besan without any added junk!

I’ve been searching for a clean besan for my pakoras and this one nails it. The nutty aroma is unmistakable and the bhajias came out super crispy. Love that it’s preservative-free.

Thank you, Priya! So glad you enjoyed it.

    Good but slightly pricey

Quality is top-notch – fresh, fine texture, and makes excellent kadhi. However, at ₹99 for 500g, it’s a bit steep for daily use. I’ll buy it for special occasions.

    Neha Patel
    Perfect for gluten-free baking

Used this besan to make cheela and also gluten-free cookies. The results were fantastic – light and fluffy. The QR code traceability gave me extra confidence.

Great to hear, Neha! It’s very versatile.

    Freshness is unbeatable

You can actually smell the freshness when you open the pack. Made besan ladoo and they turned out aromatic and delicious. Will definitely reorder.

    Sneha Reddy
Good but not the best for pakoras

I found the texture slightly finer than what I prefer for crispy pakoras. It works well for kadhi though. Maybe I just need to adjust the batter consistency.

Thanks for your feedback, Sneha. We suggest adding a little rice flour for extra crispiness.

    Kavya Nair
    Excellent for skin too!

I bought this for cooking but ended up using it for a face pack – it left my skin glowing! The purity is evident. Will buy again.

Not as fine as I expected

The besan is good but the grind is a bit coarse compared to other brands. It still works fine for most recipes, but I prefer a smoother texture for sweets.

We appreciate your input, Vikram. Our grind is intentionally kept medium-fine to preserve nutrients, but we’ll take this on board.

    Great for diabetic-friendly meals

Low glycemic index is a big plus for my father. We use it for rotis and cheela. His blood sugar stays stable. Thank you for this clean product.

Wonderful to hear, Anjali! Health is our priority.

    Packaging could be better

The pouch is fine, but I wish it had a resealable zip. I had to transfer it to a container immediately. Product quality itself is very good.

Good suggestion, Deepak. We’re considering zip-lock packs for future batches.

    M
    Maya Krishnan
    Loved the traceability feature

Scanned the QR code and saw the batch details – very transparent. The besan itself is top quality. Made perfect bhajiyas for monsoon.

    R
    Ravi Kumar
    Average – nothing special

It’s decent besan but I didn’t find it vastly superior to the local mill’s product. The price is higher, so I might not repurchase.

We appreciate your honesty, Ravi. We focus on hygiene and traceability, but taste is subjective.

    Lakshmi Iyer
    Perfect for South Indian dishes

Used it for pesarattu and also for mysore bonda – came out authentic. The nutty flavour shines through. Highly recommend.

Thank you, Lakshmi! Love that you explored regional recipes.

    Suresh Gupta
Good but arrived with damaged pack

The product is great but the pouch had a small tear during shipping. I had to use it immediately. Product quality is otherwise excellent.

We’re sorry about that, Suresh. We’ll improve packaging for transit.

    Meera Nair
Best besan for kadhi – no lumps!

I always struggle with lumps in kadhi, but this fine flour dissolved perfectly. The taste was restaurant-style. A game changer.

    A
    Arjun Singh
    Too costly for regular use

I love the quality, but I consume besan daily. At this price, it’s not sustainable. I’ll keep it for special dishes only.

We understand, Arjun. We aim to bring prices down with larger volumes in future.

    G
    Geeta Reddy
    Super fresh and aromatic

Opened the pack and the whole kitchen smelled of roasted chana. Made instant besan chilla for breakfast – amazing.

    M
    Mohan Das
Not as good as my local mill

I compared side by side – this one is slightly darker and has a stronger taste. Some might like it, but I prefer milder besan.

Thanks, Mohan. Our besan is made from desi chana which gives a robust flavour – it’s a matter of preference.

    Sonia Kapoor
    Excellent for gluten-free baking

I’ve been experimenting with gluten-free breads and this besan works wonders. It gives a nice crumb and the taste is neutral enough.

    P
    Pooja Agarwal
    Satisfied with the quality

Good product, fresh packing, and fast delivery. I used it for pakoras and they were a hit at the party. Will order again.

    K
    Kiran Rao
A bit too oily for my liking

I noticed the besan absorbed more oil than usual when frying. Not sure if it’s the grind or the chana variety. Taste is fine though.

We appreciate the feedback, Kiran. Some varieties can absorb more oil – we’ll look into it.

    D
    Dinesh Shah
Loved the QR code – felt safe

It’s rare to see such transparency in food. The product itself is top-notch – made soft and fluffy dhoklas. A new favourite.

Thank you, Dinesh! Transparency is our promise.

    A
    Anita Menon
Good but too fine for some recipes

The flour is very fine, which is great for sweets but for crispy pakoras I prefer a coarser grind. Still, quality is undeniable.

Thanks, Anita. We’ll consider offering different grind sizes in the future.

    R
    Rajesh Pillai
    Excellent value for money

Considering the purity and freshness, ₹99 is very reasonable. I’ve paid more for inferior quality. Highly recommended.
